COVID-19 AUCTION PROCEDURE

Masks will be required to enter all auction sites for inspection or removal. R. J. Montgomery & Assoc., Inc. will be practicing social distancing and we would expect our customers to do the same. We will limit the amount of customers inside the building at any one time. Removal will be by appointment only, no exceptions. Payment will need to be made with credit card over the phone, ACH or via wire transfer. (see below)

Removal by Appointment only.
Call 734-459-2323 to make an appointment for Wednesday - Friday, April 21st - 23rd, 2021, 9:00am to 5:00pm or by possible appointment for after;
All items must be picked up by 5:00pm Friday, April 23rd, 2021 unless arrangements have been made with us prior to the end of the auction.
Buyers are responsible for loading their own items. The auction company will be providing no loading assistance. Contact a rigger for any items that require a fork lift to load to obtain a quote & their schedule.

Payment Information:
Payments must be received before any items can be removed. For more information on payment related questions please contact our office at 734.459.2323.
Payments Accepted:
Credit Card over the phone (maximum $2,000.00). There will be a 2% surcharge on any payment made via credit card.
Wire Transfer (minimum $1,000.00)
ACH. Please note ACH can take additional time to clear. Nothing will be released until payment shows in our account.

Supplemental Terms & Conditions:
* 16% Buyers Premium Applies. (There will be a 2% surcharge on any payments made via credit card.)
* Sales Tax: 6.0%
* R. J. Montgomery & Assoc., Inc. is a Class D Vehicle Dealer (License # D001248). This requires a state mandated procedure. Click here for more information on that procedure.
* Bids cannot be retracted once placed.
* Although information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantees as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. It is for this reason that buyers should avail themselves to make inspection prior to sale.
